Information this website collects

When you use the project-planning form, BI Margin may collect your name, email address, business name, the type of work you are interested in, and the business or project description you choose to provide.

Please do not submit financial information, passwords, health information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the form.

How the information is used

The information is used to understand your enquiry, determine whether BI Margin may be a fit, reply to you, prepare an appropriate scope, and keep a practical record of the conversation.

The website form is not used to enrol you in a marketing list. BI Margin does not sell the information you submit.

Form delivery and hosting

This website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and delivered to BI Margin by email. Netlify may process information in the United States or other locations where it operates.

Infrastructure providers may retain technical logs needed to operate and protect their services. Their handling of that data is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Analytics and cookies

BI Margin does not currently use website analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural tracking, or a customer login on this site. The site does not intentionally set cookies.

Retention and protection

Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the possible business relationship, meet legal or record-keeping requirements, and resolve disputes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information BI Margin holds about you, subject to applicable legal requirements. You may also ask a question or raise a concern about how your information is handled.

Email info@bimargin.com with the subject “Privacy request” and address it to the Privacy Officer. Enough information may be requested to verify the request before acting on it.
