Browsing this site
We use no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party scripts or cookies. Fonts are self-hosted. Our hosting provider may process technical request information to serve and protect the site.
What you send us
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. Your company name is optional. Email contains whatever you choose to include. Please do not send passwords or confidential system data in an initial enquiry.
How we use it
We use your message only to reply to your enquiry. We send nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your information or share it for marketing.
Where it is held
Cloudflare hosts this site and stores contact form submissions for us. We also hold correspondence in our email system. These providers may process information outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while the conversation is active and for as long as there is a business or legal reason to retain them. We then delete them.
Your information
Email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it or to request deletion. We will reply in writing and explain any information we are required to retain.
Client work
Information we handle during an engagement is governed by the written agreement for that work.

We update the date on this page when this notice changes.
